Our Aria King Room was spacious and well appointed with a desk, small refrigerator, small microwave, Keurig individual cup coffee maker, safe, two robes, luggage stand and a comfortable chair with ottoman. The bathroom, although small, was very functional. The walk in shower was nicely done ~ without a shower door but set up such that water stayed within the confines of the shower. Provided soap, shampoo and lotion was of good quality and towels were thick and absorbent. The King Bed was comfortable and the Scandanavian Sleep Method bedding was of high quality and allowed for a restful night. Although our rooms location was overlooking Roy Street which we thought might cause it to be noisy and too light for a restful nights sleep, happily I can say that was not so. There was no noticeable street noise and the black out curtains did an excellent job of doing just that, blacking out the exterior lights.

I loved that the hotel offered free bicycles and we spent 6 hours riding around Seattle. It's one of the main reasons I chose this hotel along with price, location and reviews. I would love if the hotel added water cages to the bicycles and made sure all the bike seats were adjustable. Having a set of tools on hand would be a bonus to make minor adjustments. We stopped at REI to get the seat adjusted. The free glass of wine was a nice touch, the rooms are roomy, and the bed, pillow and twin duvet are super comfortable. I would have like to have had a super powerful shower head after the day's bike ride, but I survived. We would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights so got a good feel for the hotel. Really comfortable beds with duvets which is so rare in the US, big family room, big bathroom, good air con, friendly staff, great location. Parking on site (paid for). Fridge and microwave in room. Bedding for sofa bed left in the room ( this frequently isn't the case as we found on our road trip which is really annoying when you just want to go to bed). Sofa bed very comfortable and not squeaky (again this is often not the case). Given a really good price for the Sunday night stay.

Fantastic proximity to Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Center. It's just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the touristy spots, making it a bit quieter, but still very walkable to many things. The staff at The Maxwell were very friendly and accommodating. The pineapple cookies were a welcome snack in the afternoon. Our room (junior suite) was quite large, and the beds were very comfortable. Finally, a hotel that understands that good pillows aren't super squishy!

The hotel was a nice start to our family vacation for 4 (all adults). The hotel featured a great location, beautiful and fanciful decor, inviting lobby and sitting areas, and well-placed conveniences (coffee, pastries, bar, clean indoor pool). The staff members were friendly and gave each of us a card for a free beverage. There is also shuttle service to the the cruise terminal for a per-person fee. We would definitely recommend or rebook this hotel.
